The NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement has developed a suite of innovation products and is considering consolidating these into a coherent package which would support innovation for improvement within the NHS. Current plans are to deliver this through an Innovation Practitioner Programme. In order to design a truly useful and relevant programme for the NHS we would value your opinion and would be most grateful if you could spare a few minutes to answer a few questions on the subject in a quick online survey.
