New ILG - Delivering Improvement: making it happen
This new Improvement Leaders' Guide has been published by the NHS Institute and developed in partnership with NHS Connecting for Health. The guide aims to answer the fundamental questions: why do projects fail? what are the common principles that successful projects share and how can we make sure these are alive in own improvement work? It provides practical know-how and direction on how to make good project management an achievable and intergal part of improvement work. I have a copy of the new guide, contact me if you would like to have a look or you can order your own copy by contacting institute@prolog.uk.com and quoting NHSILEARNLEADGD.
