The findings of this research study on changing management cultures and organisational performance in the NHS have now been published. The study was commissioned by the National Institute for Health Research and involved the collection of data from all acute and PCTs in England. The aims of the study were to understand the nature and dynamics of culture change in the NHS, with a particular emphasis on how organisational culture links to health care performance.
