Frequent Feedback model showcased at key HSJ event & Frequent Feedback Learning Network launched

The Picker Institute and Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust jointly presented their work on developing near real-time patient feedback at the HSJ Measuring Patients Experience conference on 29th April in London. Acting Chief Executive, Caroline Powell and Julia Barton, Associate Director of Nursing at Southampton, detailed the principles and benefits of the Picker Institute’s Frequent Feedback service which they co-developed and is now in action at 12 NHS trusts. View the presentation slides and learn more about Frequent Feedback.

NHS trusts who commission the Picker Institute’s Frequent Feedback service can now participate in a learning network, which held its first meeting on 23rd April. Project leads from acute, mental health and primary care trusts across England discussed their experiences of gathering and using near real-time feedback from patients, carers and visitors. The network facilitates the sharing of good practice. To find out more about the service please contact Regula Dent.
