The Royal Bolton Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is hosting an open day to share the learning, experience and success of the organisation in using Lean methodology and developing the Bolton Improving Care System (BICS).
Hosted by David Fillingham, Chief Executive, the open day will feature practical case studies and interactive workshops, ending with a masterclass run by Kate Silvester, providing delegates with a range of learning experiences, the opportunity to network and promote shared learning.
