The Royal College’s 2008–2011 Strategic Plan includes a firm commitment to finding new ways to recognise and reward excellent practice among our members. The RCPsych Awards have, therefore, been designed to identify the very best practice within psychiatry today and bring national recognition to the unsung heroes of psychiatry.
