Launch of New CHAIN Improving Patients' Experience Sub-group
CHAIN, Contact, Help, Advice & Information Network, has established a new sub-group which will focus on Improving patients’ experience and the humanity of care. It is being set up with the support of the King’s Fund’s Point of Care Programme, which aims to improve patients’ and families’ experience of care across the health system.
