Commissioning to Make a Bigger Difference - One Day Workshops

The NHS Institute for Innovation (NHSI) is offering four one-day practical workshops led by the principal authors of the 'Commissioning to Make a Bigger Difference' guide, Dr Lynne Maher, Head of Innovation Practice at NHSI, and Paul Plesk, an internationally renowned expert in innovation and improvement. The workshops are aimed at comissioners, including practice-based commissioners, with a minimum of four per team, from PCTs and Local Authorities.
