EXTEND Exercise Instructors Available
EXTEND exercise instructors provide exercise to music for older people and those who are less able. There are 12 newly qualified freelance EXTEND exercise instructors available from September 2008. The instructors are able to run regular sessions with older people’s organisations/projects in Leeds. If you are interested in setting up a regular class or want to hear more about the new instructors please contact Ayeesha on: 0113 3057664 or Ayeesha.charles@leedspct.nhs.uk. To coincide with the qualification of a new cohort of EXTEND instructors we would like to offer a total of 10 free taster sessions to older peoples organisations/projects. The free sessions will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
